About the event
Body Acceptance is Really About Healing your Relationship with Yourself! It’s time to let go of shaming your body. It’s time to accept and move your body intuitively for joy instead of self punishment. This 2-hour transformative workshop will help you begin your journey to body freedom!
We will start the class with a meditation and breathwork experience to begin connecting to the body. We will then flow into a gentle/yin sequence to drop deeper into the physical and emotional sensations of the body followed by a high energy vinyasa sequence to build heat (tapas) and to release any negative stories or thoughts you have about your body.
We will close the workshop with a reflective, cooling and grounding restorative sequence; soulful yoga nidra (yogic sleep) practice to further your healing journey.
This workshop is appropriate for all levels of yoga experience.
