Service Description
We will kick off the 30 day reset on January 1st with an optional check-in and intention setting at 10:30am - We will distribute workbooks which will help you keep track of the things you will ADD to your days for the month of January (Eamples: Movement, Meditation, Fruits and Vegetables, and Journaling), share some intentions, and move together with a 30-minute gentle yoga class. You can attend weekly check-ins in-studio on Monday nights at 5pm. We could all use a sense of community and a helping hand to get our minds and bodies moving in the right direction to kick of the New Year.

Cancellation Policy
Clients with a membership who cancel less than 12 hours before the start of class will be charged a $5 fee. Clients with a membership who have booked a space and do not show up to class without prior cancellation will be charged a $10 administrative fee per class. Spaces are precious, so is the teacher's time. For cancellations less than 12 hours before class please contact Julie or Amy (860) 752-4645. A $5 fee will apply to cancellations in this time frame and will be charged to your card on file.
