Restorative Yoga for Chakra Balancing will include gentle poses to draw energy to each of your seven chakras. Each pose will include guided breath work for that specific chakra. Restorative yoga is a gentle, slow, still style of yoga that involves long, passive holds. Props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets are used to support your body to help achieve a greater level of relaxation and release. This class is suitable for all levels.
