Service Description
The Spring or Vernal Equinox on March 20th, brings day and night into perfect balance. It signals the shift where daylight begins to overcome the darkness of winter. It is a time to celebrate Earth awakening from its slumber, and reminds us of the cycle of life~ death, rebirth, and the promise of renewal. We will begin this event by discussing and reflecting on the past winter months. Next we will be guided through a yoga Nidra focused on releasing to make space for the new. We will then participate in a Renewal ceremony where we let go of what we don't wish to carry forward, cleanse our energy and then symbolically plant our intentions for the coming season by writing our hopes on seed paper and planting them. Weather permitting we will then move outdoors to the patio for a fire to symbolize the Sun and welcome the return of light. You are welcome to bring a snack or beverage for this portion of the event.

Cancellation Policy
Clients with a membership who cancel less than 12 hours before the start of class will be charged a $5 fee. Clients with a membership who have booked a space and do not show up to class without prior cancellation will be charged a $10 administrative fee per class. Spaces are precious, so is the teacher's time. For cancellations less than 12 hours before class please contact Julie or Amy (860) 752-4645. A $5 fee will apply to cancellations in this time frame and will be charged to your card on file.
