Service Description

The group is specifically tailored for mothers who feel so overwhelmed and disconnected that they struggle to endure the demands of daily life. It is suitable for mothers of all ages and stages who are experiencing profound stress, burnout, and a loss of self-identity.

Cancellation Policy

Clients with a membership who cancel less than 12 hours before the start of class will be charged a $5 fee. Clients with a membership who have booked a space and do not show up to class without prior cancellation will be charged a $10 administrative fee per class. Spaces are precious, so is the teacher's time. For cancellations less than 12 hours before class please contact Julie or Amy (860) 752-4645. A $5 fee will apply to cancellations in this time frame and will be charged to your card on file.
