Service Description

This high energy class combines yoga with free weights to provide the ultimate balanced workout. Set to upbeat music this class will get your heart pumping as you move though a combination of vinyasa yoga, strength training, core work, and kickboxing. Class will cool down with some deep stretches and savasana.

Cancellation Policy

Clients with a membership who cancel less than 12 hours before the start of class will be charged a $5 fee. Clients with a membership who have booked a space and do not show up to class without prior cancellation will be charged a $10 administrative fee per class. Spaces are precious, so is the teacher's time. For cancellations less than 12 hours before class please contact Julie or Amy (860) 752-4645. A $5 fee will apply to cancellations in this time frame and will be charged to your card on file.
