Service Description
Join us Thanksgiving morning for a somatic infused flow. We will begin with gentle stretching and mindful self guided movement and then build some heat as we flow. Class will end with some balancing poses and a grounding savasana.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Clients with a membership who cancel less than 12 hours before the start of class will be charged a $5 fee. Clients with a membership who have booked a space and do not show up to class without prior cancellation will be charged a $10 administrative fee per class. Spaces are precious, so is the teacher's time. A $5 fee will apply to cancellations in this time frame and will be charged to your card on file.
