Kick off your Saturday with good music, playful movement, and a chance to let the week go! 🎶🥁 Blend yoga, rhythmic movement, and percussion to release stress, wake up your body and brain, and reconnect with your natural rhythm. All levels and no musical experience necessary! Just come with an open mind to have some fun! Move. Shake. Groove. Connect.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Clients with a membership who cancel less than 12 hours before the start of class will be charged a $5 fee. Clients with a membership who have booked a space and do not show up to class without prior cancellation will be charged a $10 administrative fee per class. Spaces are precious, so is the teacher's time. A $5 fee will apply to cancellations in this time frame and will be charged to your card on file.
