Service Description

Balanced Body is an interval style class that features cardio and strength building exercises alternated with stretching and gentle yoga poses. Interval training has been shown to improve cardiovascular health, build endurance, and raise your metabolic rate for up to 24 hours afterwards. In this class you will set your own pace doing as many reps as feels right for your body. Modifications will be given as well as ways to intensify movements, making the class suitable for all fitness levels. Class will include cardio bursts, body weight strength training, and resistance bands. We will end class with a 15-minute gentle yoga cool down.

Cancellation Policy

Clients with a membership who cancel less than 12 hours before the start of class will be charged a $5 fee. Clients with a membership who have booked a space and do not show up to class without prior cancellation will be charged a $10 administrative fee per class. Spaces are precious, so is the teacher's time. For cancellations less than 12 hours before class please contact Julie or Amy (860) 752-4645. A $5 fee will apply to cancellations in this time frame and will be charged to your card on file.
