Service Description
A focused, therapeutic massage that works more deeply into layers of muscle and connective tissue to address chronic tension, tightness, and areas of holding. Pressure is applied intentionally and adjusted throughout the session based on your comfort, communication, and the needs of your body. This work is designed to support relief, mobility, and balance while remaining respectful of boundaries and nervous system safety.
Cancellation Policy
Clients with a membership who cancel less than 12 hours before the start of class will be charged a $5 fee. Clients with a membership who have booked a space and do not show up to class without prior cancellation will be charged a $10 administrative fee per class. Spaces are precious, so is the teacher's time. A $5 fee will apply to cancellations in this time frame and will be charged to your card on file.
