This 90-minute Lymphatic Drainage Massage offers a slower, more expansive session designed to gently support the lymphatic system and promote whole-body balance and restoration. Using light, rhythmic pressure and deliberate, methodical movements, Angie is able to work more thoroughly across the entire body, encouraging lymph flow, reducing fluid retention, and supporting the body’s natural detoxification processes. With extended time, the nervous system has greater opportunity to settle into a deeply regulated state, making this session especially supportive for those experiencing chronic inflammation, swelling, fatigue, immune stress, or ongoing nervous system activation.
