Somatic Flow with Restorative
Service Description
This class will be an all levels flow based in somatic movement. Instead of holding poses static we will move our bodies intuitively. We will explore some different poses and movements while listening and responding to our bodies. Class will end with restorative poses to help us settle into stillness.

Cancellation Policy
Clients with a membership who cancel less than 12 hours before the start of class will be charged a $5 fee. Clients with a membership who have booked a space and do not show up to class without prior cancellation will be charged a $10 administrative fee per class. Spaces are precious, so is the teacher's time. A $5 fee will apply to cancellations in this time frame and will be charged to your card on file.
