An intentional holistic ritual for spaciousness, mobility, and connection.
Service Description
A deeply intentional experience combining Thai-inspired assisted stretching, myofascial bodywork, and mindful movement. This ritual includes 80 minutes of personalized bodywork followed by a 20-minute infrared sauna session to help you feel more open, grounded, and mobile.
Cancellation Policy
Clients with a membership who cancel less than 12 hours before the start of class will be charged a $5 fee. Clients with a membership who have booked a space and do not show up to class without prior cancellation will be charged a $10 administrative fee per class. Spaces are precious, so is the teacher's time. A $5 fee will apply to cancellations in this time frame and will be charged to your card on file.
