Service Description

This 4 week session is a fun way to introduce your child to yoga and mindfulness at an early age. Children will learn yoga poses, breathwork, and relaxation techniques through themed sequences, books, music, and games. Ages 5-8ish

Cancellation Policy

Clients with a membership who cancel less than 12 hours before the start of class will be charged a $5 fee. Clients with a membership who have booked a space and do not show up to class without prior cancellation will be charged a $10 administrative fee per class. Spaces are precious, so is the teacher's time. For cancellations less than 12 hours before class please contact Julie or Amy (860) 752-4645. A $5 fee will apply to cancellations in this time frame and will be charged to your card on file.
