Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to class start time will not be refunded or credited.  (Emergencies happen, please contact us directly with any issues).

If you have a class pack and cancel a class with less than 24 hours notice or fail to attend, you will forfeit one class from your pack. 

Memberships:

• Clients with a membership who cancel less than 12 hours before the start of class will be charged a $5 fee.  

• Clients with a membership who have booked a space and do not show up to class without prior cancellation will be charged a $10 administrative fee per class.  Spaces are precious, so is the teacher's time.
