The Own It Chair Dance Experience is a 2-hour, beginner-friendly workshop that invites you to reconnect with your body and step fully into your confidence. Through a playful, sensual chair dance routine, you'll explore what it means to feel sexy, powerful, and free in your own skin. Surrounded by supportive women in a nonjudgmental space, this experience is about more than movement—it's about embodying your femininity and owning your presence. We’ll kick things off with a relaxed mix and mingle featuring light refreshments, giving you a chance to settle in, connect, and set the vibe for the night. Wear whatever makes you feel empowered. Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Clients with a membership who cancel less than 12 hours before the start of class will be charged a $5 fee. Clients with a membership who have booked a space and do not show up to class without prior cancellation will be charged a $10 administrative fee per class. Spaces are precious, so is the teacher's time. For cancellations less than 12 hours before class please contact Julie or Amy (860) 752-4645. A $5 fee will apply to cancellations in this time frame and will be charged to your card on file.
