Service Description

Pose Pursuit is a moderate flow style class. We’ll build some heat and challenge ourselves. Each class will work towards the progressive goal of a “peak pose”. This will be an opportunity to practice different and sometimes challenging poses in a fun and supportive environment.  We will try different approaches to poses and have time to practice what feels best in our bodies. Although this is a moderate class all levels are welcome to participate and self-modify as needed.

Cancellation Policy

Clients with a membership who cancel less than 12 hours before the start of class will be charged a $5 fee. Clients with a membership who have booked a space and do not show up to class without prior cancellation will be charged a $10 administrative fee per class. Spaces are precious, so is the teacher's time. For cancellations less than 12 hours before class please contact Julie or Amy (860) 752-4645. A $5 fee will apply to cancellations in this time frame and will be charged to your card on file.
