Service Description

Women have a unique set of needs when it comes to personal safety. In this class you will learn boundary setting, your personal strength, how to counter attack, and escape dangerous situations in addition to strikes, kicks, knees, elbows and all of the vulnerable locations of an attacker. You will walk away with all of the skills necessary to defend yourself! This 3 hour class includes all you need to know to keep yourself safe and escape dangerous situations

Cancellation Policy

Clients with a membership who cancel less than 12 hours before the start of class will be charged a $5 fee. Clients with a membership who have booked a space and do not show up to class without prior cancellation will be charged a $10 administrative fee per class. Spaces are precious, so is the teacher's time. For cancellations less than 12 hours before class please contact Julie or Amy (860) 752-4645. A $5 fee will apply to cancellations in this time frame and will be charged to your card on file.
