Service Description

This class is a 4-part series aimed at helping children become more confident in their bodies, trust their intuition, learn situational awareness, how to prevent/handle bullying, how to be an active bystander, how to handle uncomfortable adult situations, how to use their voice to ask for what they want, and physical skills to protect themselves. You want to know your child can trust themselves, set boundaries, and speak up at school, at sleepovers or camp, and whenever the situation arises. This course will ensure your child has the tools they need to stay safe, even when they are not by your side. This course is taught by self-defense instructors. This is a unique approach to keep your child safe and empowering them to be who they want to be!

Cancellation Policy

Clients with a membership who cancel less than 12 hours before the start of class will be charged a $5 fee. Clients with a membership who have booked a space and do not show up to class without prior cancellation will be charged a $10 administrative fee per class. Spaces are precious, so is the teacher's time. For cancellations less than 12 hours before class please contact Julie or Amy (860) 752-4645. A $5 fee will apply to cancellations in this time frame and will be charged to your card on file.
