This class features a low impact core workout using the wall to increase range of motion & resistance. Our core is more than just “abs”, we’ll be strengthening everything from our shoulders to our thighs. Targeting these muscles improves posture and dissolves back pain. This class will be 3 sets, 8 of each exercise with a break in between.
