Service Description

This class features a low impact core workout using the wall to increase range of motion & resistance. Our core is more than just “abs”, we’ll be strengthening everything from our shoulders to our thighs. Targeting these muscles improves posture and dissolves back pain. This class will be 3 sets, 8 of each exercise with a break in between.

Cancellation Policy

Clients with a membership who cancel less than 12 hours before the start of class will be charged a $5 fee. Clients with a membership who have booked a space and do not show up to class without prior cancellation will be charged a $10 administrative fee per class. Spaces are precious, so is the teacher's time. For cancellations less than 12 hours before class please contact Julie or Amy (860) 752-4645. A $5 fee will apply to cancellations in this time frame and will be charged to your card on file.
