Private Movement Sessions

Private Yoga
A one-on-one yoga session designed around your body, your needs, and your pace. Sessions may include gentle or slow-flow movement, breathwork, and mindful sequencing, with modifications offered as needed.
Private Reiki
A trauma-informed, consent-based yoga session designed to support nervous system regulation and bodily safety. These sessions gently work with areas where unprocessed stress is commonly held — including the hips, shoulders, jaw, breath, and nervous system — always at a pace that prioritizes safety and choice.

Private Couples Somatic Yoga
A shared, guided movement experience designed to support connection, co-regulation, and presence. Sessions may include gentle synchronized movement, breath work, and grounding practices that help couples learn to regulate together through the body rather than words.

Private Yoga for Trauma
A gentle, non-invasive energy-based practice that supports relaxation, stress reduction, and energetic balance.
Sessions are fully clothed and may be hands-on or hands-off based on preference. Many women describe feeling deeply rested, grounded, or lighter following a session.
Private Pelvic Floor Yoga
A private, movement-based session led by a certified pelvic floor yoga specialist, focused on awareness, coordination, and breath-based support of the pelvic floor.
This work may support women experiencing pelvic tension, disconnection, postpartum changes, or stress-related holding patterns. Sessions emphasize education, gentle movement, and nervous system regulation rather than strengthening alone.
