Move, breathe, and flow to the rhythm of a different themed playlist each week. This all-levels flow class is set to a rotating mix of music genres—ranging from R&B and classic rock to alternative favorites or artist-inspired playlists. Expect a thoughtfully sequenced flow with options and modifications offered throughout, along with opportunities to explore new poses and variations at your own pace. Come for the movement, stay for the music, and leave feeling energized and grounded.

Cancellation Policy
Clients with a membership who cancel less than 12 hours before the start of class will be charged a $5 fee. Clients with a membership who have booked a space and do not show up to class without prior cancellation will be charged a $10 administrative fee per class. Spaces are precious, so is the teacher's time. A $5 fee will apply to cancellations in this time frame and will be charged to your card on file.
