Service Description
Buti Flow is a soulful blend of vinyasa, primal movement and chakra awakening. It is similar to a regular Buti class without the cardio bursts. There will be a heavier focus on warm up, stretching, balance poses and restorative poses. Buti cultivates connection to ourselves and others. We spiral and we shake to move stuck energy and release what doesn’t serve us.

Cancellation Policy
Clients with a membership who cancel less than 12 hours before the start of class will be charged a $5 fee. Clients with a membership who have booked a space and do not show up to class without prior cancellation will be charged a $10 administrative fee per class. Spaces are precious, so is the teacher's time. A $5 fee will apply to cancellations in this time frame and will be charged to your card on file.
