Service Description
This vinyasa style class will focus on releasing blockages we may have stored in our bodies over time. Class will start with a guided meditation, and end with self love affirmations and spoken poetry by the instructor during savasana.

Cancellation Policy
Clients with a membership who cancel less than 12 hours before the start of class will be charged a $5 fee. Clients with a membership who have booked a space and do not show up to class without prior cancellation will be charged a $10 administrative fee per class. Spaces are precious, so is the teacher's time. A $5 fee will apply to cancellations in this time frame and will be charged to your card on file.
