Think flexibility meets control. Functional Mobility is an intentional movement-focused class designed to improve your body’s ability to move with ease, strength, and control. This class blends balance work, range of motion, joint mobility, and bodyweight strength to refine activities of daily living. It's perfect for all fitness levels and leaves you feeling more open, aligned, and strong from the inside out.

Cancellation Policy
Clients with a membership who cancel less than 12 hours before the start of class will be charged a $5 fee. Clients with a membership who have booked a space and do not show up to class without prior cancellation will be charged a $10 administrative fee per class. Spaces are precious, so is the teacher's time. For cancellations less than 12 hours before class please contact Julie or Amy (860) 752-4645. A $5 fee will apply to cancellations in this time frame and will be charged to your card on file.
