There is something special about setting aside time that belongs just to you and your daughter. In the middle of busy schedules, school, activities, and responsibilities, those moments of true connection can easily slip away. This four-week Mother–Daughter Yoga Series at The Hive is designed to create space for exactly that — time to move together, laugh together, and reconnect in a meaningful way. Each week, mothers and daughters will explore gentle yoga movement, simple breathwork, and playful partner poses that encourage teamwork and trust. Daughters will learn how yoga can help their bodies feel strong and steady, how breathing can calm big emotions, and how slowing down can help them feel more grounded in themselves. More importantly, this series is about strengthening the relationship between you. It offers a chance to step away from the rush of daily life and share an experience that builds closeness, communication, and presence. Whether you are stretching side by side, helping each other balance, or relaxing together at the end of class, these moments create memories that last far beyond the mat. No prior yoga experience is needed. The class is welcoming, supportive, and designed to be enjoyable for both mothers and daughters.
